The German Research Foundation (DFG) has granted funding for the second period (2019-2022) and accepted 17 new research projects. Over the next three years, the PP1859 will bring together an interdisciplinary group of historians, economists, information scientists and legal historians to study the historical dimension of economic behaviour. As in the first period, there will be several workshops and conferences to facilitate the co-operation on common methods and topics. The projects will start in early 2019, the first plenary conference will be held in October 2019 at Humboldt University Berlin.
